Preparing your order
We prepare in-stock orders promptly after payment is confirmed. Ready to ship describes product availability; carrier pickup schedules, weekends and holidays can affect when a parcel starts moving. We do not guarantee same-day carrier acceptance.
Shipping charges
For launch, standard ground shipping is a flat $16.95 per Inis order to the contiguous United States, regardless of the number of Inis items ordered. Applicable taxes are shown before payment. This temporary rate applies instead of weight-based checkout quotes.
Each item is packed in a 10 × 6 × 3-inch box with protective packaging. The two-pound packaging allowance per item does not add another fee to the flat shipping charge.
Fragrance and special handling
Alcohol-based fragrance can require ground transportation and special packaging. Gift sets containing fragrance follow the same restrictions. Eligible shipping methods depend on the contents and delivery address; expedited air service may not be available.
Alaska and Hawaii
Please contact us about Alaska and Hawaii before ordering. These destinations are not enabled for online shipping at launch because service eligibility, particularly for fragrance products, must be checked first.
Tracking and delivery
Tracking details will be provided after your parcel is dispatched. Carrier delivery estimates are separate from order preparation and may change because of weather, holidays or service interruptions.
Address changes, damage or delivery problems
Contact us as soon as possible to request an address change. Once a parcel is with the carrier, changes may not be possible. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, keep the packaging and contact us with your order number and photos so we can help.
International shipping is not offered at launch. Please contact us about P.O. box, military or U.S. territory delivery before placing an order.
